company structure
IPOA Committee
The IPOA is run by a twelve person committee, all of whom are property owners in the private rented sector. The committee meets each month, or more frequently if necessary, to discuss policy and planning requirements for the organisation. The committee is chaired by Stephen Faughnan.

The IPOA has a full-time administration staff which handles the day to day running of the association.

Representation on PRTB and RAS National Advisory Council
The IPOA is represented on the PRTB Board on the RAS National Advisory Council.
